

The family wishes to thank the Doctors, nurses, and entire liver team at Johns Hopkins Hospital. An outdoor visitation is scheduled for Sunday, Augfrom 1-3 pm at the Candle Light Funeral Home in Catonsville, MD. Sandra will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who knew her. Her heart was made of gold and she always put others needs before her own. She was the life of the party and could light up any room she entered. She was a devoted wife, daughter, sister, aunt and fur parent. Sandra owned a doggy day care business and was very involved with dog rescue. Sandra was born on November 19th 1966 to Robert and Boni Sparrow, and she graduated from Archbishop Keough High School in 1984. Sandra is preceded in death by her father Robert Joseph Sparrow, she is survived by her husband, Eric Prince, mother, Boni Sparrow, sister, Stephanie Johnson, and two nephews, Noah and Vaughn Johnson.

In lieu of flowers, the Sparrow family requests any donations be made to the Dixie Youth Baseball Scholarship fund in memory of Donald “Mokey” Sparrow.Sandra Lee Sparrow, 53, of Catonsville, MD, passed away on August 13th 2020 after a long battle with liver disease. Visitation will be from 6pm-8pm Saturday, Apat the Smith Funeral Home Chapel on Thomas Street. Eulogies will be delivered by Mickey May and Jake Faulkner. Interment will follow at Lakeside Cemetery in Stamps, AR under the direction of Smith Funeral Homes. Mokey was preceded in death by his parents Alice and Roy Sparrow, brother-in-law Bill Millican, and nephew Michael Millican.įuneral service will be held at 3pm on Sunday, Apat the Lafayette County Cougar Arena in Stamps, AR. As well as, a countless number of special friends. Nieces and nephews: Monica, Kaylie, Joe, Casey, Wayne, Lin, Shannon, Emily and Jesse Roy. Siblings: Deanna Goulding, Deborah and Joe Singletary, Donna and Jesse Buchanan, brother-in-law Jerry Millican and sister-in-law Donna Millican.

Mokey loved spending time traveling Arkansas, sightseeing and trout fishing on the White River. He coached Dixie Boys Baseball and traveled with his teams, playing games all over the Southern US. He loved youth sports and spent countless hours following high school basketball across the state, especially the Lafayette County Cougars. He loved tending to his garden, and maintaining his property on the tractor. He loved his Labrador Retrievers, who scouted with him on the Red River searching for the best duck hole. He was a deer and duck hunter and crappie fisherman. Mokey was an avid sportsman and enjoyed all aspects of the outdoors.

He also served six years in the Air Force Reserves out of Barksdale Air Force Base. Mokey retired from B&D Electric after 29 years of service as an industrial electrician. Mokey was a proud member of the Stamps High School Class of ’64 and attended Southern Arkansas University & Red River Technical College in Hope. He was born on Septemin Magnolia, Arkansas to Alice Marie Finley Sparrow and Roy E Sparrow. Mr. Donald Roy “Mokey” Sparrow, age 72 of Stamps, Arkansas, passed away on Tuesday, April 2, 2019.
